Iftest is developing and producing electronic components and systems for demanding consumer applications. Such as the complex controls in high end coffee machines and highly integrated precision electronics for the booming smartwatch market. Many well-known producers of connected Swiss watches contain Iftest smartwatch precision electronics. The heart of these smartwatches is a highly integrated, ultra-thin electronics PCB which is the size of a watch dial. This allows up to 100 electronic components with multiple sensors and wireless communications modules to be integrated into an extremely compact space. A special manufacturing process was developed in-house for these smartwatch precision electronics. The process will be used for future electronics developments as well, including smart devices and wearables in the consumer market and many other customer segments and applications.

Use case: Precision electronics for smartwatches
Iftest precision electronics can be found in several smartwatches from renowned Swiss watch brands. At the heart of these smartwatches is a highly integrated, ultra-thin electronic board the size of a watch dial. Within this extremely compact space, up to 100 electronic components are integrated, including multiple sensors and wireless communication modules.
For this smartwatch precision electronics, a dedicated manufacturing process was developed that can also be applied to future electronics developments – including smart devices and wearables for the consumer market as well as for other customer segments.
