Together, we are supporting the market launch of the WingtraRAY, a new generation of high-precision surveying drones designed for professional applications and demanding operating environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of 2024, Wingtra was looking for a new EMS partner for the series production of electronic assemblies. After a thorough evaluation, the choice fell on Iftest. Decisive factors included our strong expertise in electronics manufacturing and testing technology, our industrialization experience, and our geographical proximity, which enables close and agile collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A key success factor of this partnership is Iftest\u2019s support in the industrialization of complex electronic assemblies. From prototypes and pre-series units to full-scale production, we support Wingtra along the entire value chain, with a clear focus on manufacturability and testability, as well as stable, scalable processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, precise implementation according to customer specifications, consistent quality assurance, and integrated test systems, we ensure that the electronic assemblies of the WingtraRAY operate reliably and that defined quality characteristics are achieved reproducibly. Test methods such as X-ray inspection of solder joints, functional and integration testing, as well as continuous process monitoring provide maximum reliability and traceability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
