When developing its latest display and control module, Iftest needed to consider the demanding standards of the medical and industrial sectors in terms of quality and robustness. The new module is built on a flexible modular architecture, making it possible to quickly offer highly customised solutions for specific customer applications. The system includes a pluggable Com module and a customized baseboard. This architecture approach allows customers to design the entire GUI themselves using conventional tools.

The new display and control module also provides customers with customisation options in all the relevant areas, such as design, configuration, look and feel, robustness and safety features. Additional elements such as display size, resolution, cover and connectivity options can also be freely selected. The resulting platform guarantees developers in a wide variety of industries and application areas peak functionality and performance.

The architecture selected by Iftest also enables the development of hardware and software while the customer individualises the GUI.
